Vibrair's sack tipping and bag tip stations are easily installed, straightforward and safe to operate and bring a multitude of benefits to customers and end users alike.

Sack Tip stations

Sack tipping need not be hazardous or costly. Our sack tip stations provide a contained and controlled dust-free environment for sack, bag and drum emptying.

Self-filtering models incorporate a centrifugal fan plus quick fit integral cartridge fillers for cleanliness and ease of use. Reverse-jet filter cleaning is available in a both manual or automatic formats.

We offer direct mounting models for mixer, reactor loading plus 'Hood' only models for retro-fitting to existing equipment such as hoppers, sieves etc.

Special units are available for particular applications, such as mobile models and those with integral check sieving.
