Slurry Make-up Systems

• Slurry make-up systems combine Vibrair's 'Flexflite' screw conveyors, Vibrair Flow Pads and sister division Niplast's bulk storage silos and tanks.
• All equipment manufactured by the same group.
• Storage silos include vent filters, road tanker filling, access ladders and inventory control.
• Silo discharge systems to ensure proper flow out into conveyors, utilising Vibrair Flow-Pads or fully aerated internal cone.
• Flexflite flexible screw conveyors, duty and standby, to meter powder.
• Niplast slurry mixing tanks manufactured in polypropylene, fitted with baffles and agitator.
• Slurry dosing and injection, with pH based control philosophy.

Chemicals prepared include lime slurry, mono-sodium phosphate, polyaluminium chloride and soda ash.
